From 1910 to 1970 , there are some Indigenous children in Australia called 'stolen generation'（AIATSIS, 2020) , These children were being forcibly removed from their families by the government and institutions, and then sent to the religious organizations. They were expected to learn English rather than their own language. What's more, They are not allowed to speak their own language, their own culture, and identities. Many of these poor children lost connection with their families forever. Then, This sad history still has a prolonged influence on Indigenous families and children till today.

Nowadays, we are not blaming anyone, and not scaring our young children to tell history. But there is still a better way to help  children be exposed to culture and history of the Indigenous peoples in Australia, make a connection with Country and nature. To support and respect indigenous children and their childen, we still have a long way to go.
