The activity with natural materials can be linked to outcome 1 of ACECQA, children engaging with natural materials and Indigenous stories, which can support children to connect to Country and contribute to their own world.

It can be also connected with the Outcome 1 and Outcome 2 of EYLF，devloping the sense of belonging and identity for children, as well as nature material utilization, which encourage children come to outside and connect to the nature, plants and animals.
